What counts as an active client?

Anyone you’re coaching right now. Clients you’ve paused or ended don’t count toward your plan.

What happens if I go past 10 clients on Solo?

Nothing stops working. We’ll ask you to move up to Pro, which has no client limit.

What happens when my free trial ends?

Pick a plan to keep going. If you don’t, your account becomes read-only. Your clients, programs and payment records are kept.

What are top-up packs?

Every plan includes a monthly allowance of WhatsApp messages, and Pro and Studio include AI drafts. If you use them up before the month ends, you can buy a top-up pack instead of changing plans.

Do you take a cut of what my clients pay me?

No. What your clients pay goes to you. The payment gateway’s standard fee still applies to online payments.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move up or down at any time, and switch between monthly and yearly billing when your current period ends.

Is GST included in the price?

Yes. Prices shown in rupees include GST, and your invoice will show it separately so you can claim input credit.
